The Studio at Sweetbriar Collective Rental Agreement
1. Booking and Payment
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Overtime: Time starts and ends exactly as booked. Extra time used will be billed at $30 per 30 minutes.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the shoot will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after this window forfeit the entire fee.
Studio Cancellation: If the studio must close due to an emergency or safety hazard, a full refund or alternative date will be provided.
3. Studio Rules and Use
Access: Renters may only enter the studio during the confirmed booking time (including setup and teardown).
Prohibited Items: No smoking, illegal drugs, open flames, or glitter are allowed inside the studio.
Food and Drink: Allowed only in designated areas. No food or drinks near paper backdrops or electronic gear.
4. Equipment and Damage
Condition: The renter agrees to return the studio and any provided equipment in the same condition as received.
Liability: The renter is fully responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage to the studio property, equipment, or facility caused by them or their team.
Repair Costs: The renter authorizes the studio to charge the card on file for repair or deep-cleaning costs if property is damaged or left excessively dirty.
5. Liability and Safety
Release: The studio is not responsible for any personal injury, theft, or damage to personal property during the rental.
Supervision: The renter is responsible for the safety and conduct of all members of their party.
